We have just completed the total renovation of a listed Cotswold stone house which has taken two years. One of the important features was to widen our driveway and parking area, erect a long Cotswold stone wall and install a set of electric gates to secure and enhance our lovely old house. Steve and his team have provided a flawless service and after three months continuous use we are confident that the gates which PAC created and installed are all and more than we hoped for. From the first meeting when he was most open to our design ideas, through the early delivery of the gates, under-coated in readiness for painting, until the check up after installation we have been consistently impressed by the attention to detail and professionalism of the PAC team. I recently had PAC automate the iron gates at our home which is on a steep hill, so not a simple job! I had heard of some horror stories from friends who had had automated gates installed in the area, and was somewhat nervous of the process of appointing a contractor. I need not have worried with PAC, as the owner, Steve allayed all my concerns on his first visit. I must congratulate him on having a team around him that embraces so enthusiastically his ethos of supplying a professional, efficient and cost effective service to their customers. My business is in property, and I am used to seeing engineers, fitters, workmen, builders etc on their mobile phones, taking innumerable breaks throughout the day, and disappearing early, and arriving late! I was amazed that each member of Steve’s team worked so conscientiously throughout the day, were at all times polite, and customer orientated, but most importantly knew what they were doing. It was also impressive to see Steve turn up three times to manage the job. Regrettably, I rarely have the inclination to write testimonials, but in this instance I felt compelled to do so because of the immense satisfaction I obtained from the service received by PAC. I had two other suppliers price for the job, and in comparison to PAC they were not in the same league for customer service, and indeed one quoted for the job without even attending. There is an old adage, “You get what you pay for”, and with PAC there was a keen price to begin with, no extras at the completion of the job, and a brilliant helpful installation team, on a difficult site.
