Our Background
Pioneer Automated Controls (PAC) was founded and incorporated on 15th January 1999. Our vision is to provide excellent customer service and install quality products for our valued customers. In July 2019, PAC was acquired by CIA Fire & Security, allowing us to better pool our resources together. While PAC remains a separate entity, we work closely with CIA, our parent company, to enhance our capabilities and service offerings.

We specialise in the installation and maintenance of electric gates, vehicle barriers, roller garage doors, and intercom/access control systems. Our experienced and trained engineers ensure top-notch service delivery. Additionally, we provide efficient after-sales support, distinguishing us from our competitors. We leverage the latest technologies in the industry and continuously monitor emerging trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.
